Our venue features The Lodge, The Annex Retreat, Bonfire & Barn area, wrap-around porches, and a connected patio. A catering kitchen and stalled restrooms bring modern aminities to this rustic setting.

hOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT?
The Lake Iamonia Lodge rental rates vary based on anticipated attendance, seasonality, and based on option packages. Please scroll to our rental rates below or feel free to reach out to lodge@iamoniafarms.com for a more customizable quote.
Where is Lake Iamonia Lodge?
Lake Iamonia Lodge is located on North Meridian Road, just outside of Tallahassee, FL. The entrance to the farm is 1.8 miles north of the Bannerman Road / Orchard Pond Tollroad intersection.
What days can i rent the lodge?
Lake Iamonia Lodge is available for rentals 7 days a week. Please email lodge@iamoniafarms.com for a list of blackout & pre-reserved dates. Events may take place from 8:00am - midnight. Any event extending later than midnight will be subject to an additional charge. 1:30AM is the latest that guests are permitted to be on the property.
what capacity will the lodge hold?
Lake Iamonia Lodge is an ideal venue for small to medium-sized events. We have a 250 guest-limit on events at this time.
Is there a caterer Kitchen?
The lodge does have a kitchen facility with stainless steel appliances, a large sink, and refrigeration, ideal for meal assembly and warming. Caterers will need to provide their own serving and prep pieces.
MaY I VISIT BEFORE RENTING?
We encourage people to visit the property prior to booking to see it in person! Viewings are held on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 or 6:30pm. All initial viewings are complimentary for up to an hour. If additional visits or time is needed, it is $50/hour. Please email lodge@iamoniafarms to schedule your consultation.
How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, please browse our calendar for available dates. If your dates are available, please email lodge@iamoniafarms.com to consult with our event coordinator. A deposit of $250 will be required to hold the reservation. All other payments are due 48 hours before the event. All reservation holders must be over 21 years old.
What is not permitted at The Lodge?
Please request a sample rental contract to see all rules and restrictions. Restrictions include (but aren’t limited to):
Lake Iamonia Lodge does not permit confetti, glitter, fireworks, or firearms at events. We must be very diligent in protecting the wildlife that inhabit Iamonia Farms.
Smoking is permitted on decks and outdoor areas (if safely discarded), but is prohibited in the buildings.
Candles are not permitted in the bookshelves at the annex.
Bonfire access may be restricted during dry weather. Bonfires may only occur in designated kettle.
